Plot Summary

Ford v Ferrari, released internationally under the title Le Mans ’66, is based on the true story of the legendary 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans race, one of the most iconic events in motorsport history.

Determined to challenge Ferrari’s long-standing dominance, Henry Ford II and Lee Iacocca assemble an unconventional yet fiercely dedicated group of American engineers and designers, tasking them with building a revolutionary race car from scratch. Their mission is clear: defeat Ferrari on its own turf.
