Athletics Career and European Medals

In 2017, Alica Schmidt competed at the European Athletics U20 Championships in Grosseto, Italy. She was part of the German women's 4 × 400 meters relay team that won the silver medal.

Two years later, at the 2019 European Athletics U23 Championships in Gävle, Sweden, she helped Germany win bronze in the same relay event.

She also competed in German national championships, recording results in the 200 meters, 400 meters, and relay events. In 2019, she earned a silver medal in the women's 4 × 400 meters relay at the German Championships.

Her performances led to further appearances in international athletics competitions, including European and world championships.
