Place of Birth: Tennessee, United States
Justin Randall Timberlake was born on the morning of a cold Saturday, 31 January 1981, in Tennessee, United States, as the fourth child of the Timberlake family. In the following years, he experienced one of the most unbearable emotions in human life when his sister Laura Katherine passed away shortly after birth. Unable to overcome this painful loss for a long time, Justin developed a strong belief that life must be lived to the fullest and frequently expresses how deeply he loves life. Alongside his passion for shopping and basketball, his fascination with automobiles has also been one of the details that bring him joy.
Interested in singing from early childhood, Justin Randall Timberlake made his first television appearance at the age of eleven on the children’s talent show Star Search. His real breakthrough came in 1992, when he spent two years at the Mickey Mouse Club in Orlando. During this time, he had the opportunity to sing alongside Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, with whom he would later share a major romantic relationship.
After realizing that he could not detach himself from music, Justin Randall Timberlake moved to Orlando. There, together with Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone, he laid the foundations of the group NSYNC. With the later addition of Lance Bass, the group was completed.
NSYNC became one of the most important musical phenomena of the second half of the 1990s, breaking worldwide sales records. As one of the five members of the group, Justin Randall Timberlake contributed to hit songs such as Pop, Gone, and Girlfriend. Even during these years, he was widely seen as the future of pop music.
During this period, Justin Randall Timberlake frequently made headlines due to his relationship with pop music’s new princess, Britney Spears. The young couple remained together for more than two years before deciding to part ways, paying the price of fame.
After separating from Spears and leaving the group, Justin Randall Timberlake locked himself in the studio to prepare a solo album. After long efforts, he introduced himself to listeners with his debut solo work Justified. The album’s lead single, Like I Love You, written and composed by Justin himself, climbed to the top of music charts around the world.
In 2012, Justin Randall Timberlake married actress Jessica Biel. In 2015, the couple welcomed their son, Silas Randall Timberlake.
