Plot Summary

Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway) is the driven founder and CEO of a fast-growing online fashion company. In an effort to bring new perspectives into the workplace, she launches an experimental senior intern program based on a suggestion from her employees—one designed specifically for retirees seeking a second chance at professional life.

The first participant in the program is 70-year-old Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro), a widower who refuses to let age define his usefulness or curiosity.
