Plot Summary

Nearly four decades after the release of the first film, Rambo: Last Blood marks the return of one of cinema’s most iconic action heroes. Sylvester Stallone reprises his legendary role as John Rambo, who is now forced to confront the violent past he has long tried to bury. In Rambo: Last Blood, John Rambo is living a secluded life on a ranch in Arizona, struggling with severe post-traumatic stress disorder. He survives by taking temporary jobs and doing everything he can to stay away from trouble. However, his fragile peace is shattered when he receives devastating news from his longtime friend and estate manager Maria: her granddaughter has disappeared after crossing the Mexican border to attend a party.

Driven by guilt and responsibility, Rambo heads south of the border to search for the missing girl. His mission soon exposes a ruthless human trafficking cartel, turning the rescue into a deadly confrontation. As the danger escalates, Rambo teams up with a journalist whose half-sister has also been abducted. Together, they uncover the horrifying scale of the criminal operation.
