Story Overview

In Rambo: Last Blood, John Rambo is living a secluded life on a ranch in Arizona, struggling with severe post-traumatic stress disorder. He survives by taking temporary jobs and doing everything he can to stay away from trouble. However, his fragile peace is shattered when he receives devastating news from his longtime friend and estate manager Maria: her granddaughter has disappeared after crossing the Mexican border to attend a party.

Driven by guilt and responsibility, Rambo heads south of the border to search for the missing girl. His mission soon exposes a ruthless human trafficking cartel, turning the rescue into a deadly confrontation.
