Story Overview

Carrie follows the tragic story of Carrie White, a socially awkward and deeply introverted teenage girl who is constantly mocked, humiliated, and excluded by her classmates at school. Her suffering continues at home, where she lives under the oppressive control of her fanatically religious mother, who subjects her to emotional and psychological abuse.

Growing up in isolation and fear, Carrie discovers that she possesses powerful telekinetic abilities. Terrified of these uncontrollable powers and unsure of their origin, she keeps them hidden from everyone, treating them as a dark and dangerous secret.

The fragile balance of Carrie’s life shatters during the high school prom night. What should be a moment of acceptance turns into a calculated act of cruelty. Pushed beyond her emotional limits, Carrie finally unleashes her devastating powers on those who have tormented her, transforming humiliation into destruction.

A modern reinterpretation of the classic story, Carrie: Günah Tohumu explores themes of bullying, religious fanaticism, repression, and revenge, presenting a darker and more contemporary take on the consequences of cruelty and social alienation.
