Plot Summary

Baby Driver follows a young getaway driver known simply as Baby (Ansel Elgort), whose boyish appearance contrasts sharply with his extraordinary driving skills. Working for the meticulous crime boss Doc (Kevin Spacey), Baby is responsible for delivering robbers safely away from high-stakes heists, proving his value through flawless timing and unmatched control behind the wheel.

Quiet, distant, and always plugged into his carefully curated music playlists, Baby structures his entire life around rhythm and motion. His world begins to change when he meets Debora (Lily James), a kind-hearted waitress who represents a life far removed from crime and constant escape.

As Baby falls in love, he starts to realize that true happiness may only be possible if he leaves the criminal underworld behind.
