Plot Summary

In Righteous Kill, two veteran New York City detectives, Turk (Al Pacino) and Rooster (Robert De Niro), find themselves drawn into a disturbing investigation that reopens old wounds from their long careers on the force. When a recent murder bears striking similarities to a case they once believed was solved, doubts begin to surface about the integrity of their past work.

As the body count rises, the detectives are forced to confront a terrifying possibility: an innocent man may have been imprisoned, while the real killer has remained free for years. The investigation becomes increasingly personal, blurring the line between justice and vengeance, and testing the moral compass of two men who have dedicated their lives to the law.
