Plot Summary

Lethal Weapon 3 (1992) raises the stakes of the franchise by introducing a deadly new threat within the streets of Los Angeles. Former police officer Jack Travis (Stuart Wilson), now turned criminal, has developed a new type of armor-piercing bullet capable of penetrating police vests, putting law enforcement directly in the line of fire.

The investigation is led by Internal Affairs detective Lorna Cole (Rene Russo), who soon realizes that the case is far more dangerous than anticipated. Facing escalating police casualties, she turns to seasoned detectives Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) and Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) for backup.
