Story Overview

Inferno marks the third cinematic adaptation of novelist Dan Brown’s Robert Langdon series, following The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons. Renowned symbologist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) awakens in Florence suffering from amnesia, haunted by disturbing visions inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy. As fragments of memory slowly return, Langdon realizes he is entangled in a global race against time, centered on a radical bioengineer’s apocalyptic vision for humanity.
