Plot Summary

War, Inc. is a satirical action film set in a near-future world where warfare has been completely privatized and handled by powerful corporations. The story follows professional hitman Brand Hauser (John Cusack), who is sent to the war-torn Middle Eastern country of Turaqistan on a secret assignment. His mission is to eliminate a troublesome oil minister whose presence threatens the interests of a powerful multinational company controlling the region.

To cover his operation, Hauser poses as a trade show producer organizing the extravagant wedding of a pop star, Yonica Babyyeah (Hilary Duff). As he navigates the surreal environment of corporate war zones, Hauser crosses paths with idealistic journalist Natalie Hegalhuzen (Marisa Tomei) and the local fixer Oomar (Omid Djalili). While juggling assassination plans, media attention, and absurd corporate propaganda, Hauser begins to question the morality of the system he serves.
