Plot Summary

The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising follows the extraordinary journey of Will Stanton (Alexander Ludwig), an ordinary boy who, upon turning eleven, discovers that he is the last of a group of immortal warriors destined to fight the forces of darkness. Gifted with mysterious and powerful abilities, Will soon realizes that his destiny is far greater than he ever imagined.

As a Seeker of Signs, Will must locate six magical signs that are essential in the eternal battle between the Dark and the Light. Each sign holds a fragment of power necessary to restore balance, and his quest leads him into a world filled with danger, ancient secrets, and supernatural forces. Along the way, he encounters both allies and enemies determined to either aid or stop him in his mission.

Will’s journey also uncovers long-forgotten truths about a legendary battle fought centuries earlier during the time of King Arthur, revealing the deep historical roots of the conflict he is now part of.
