Plot Summary

At the prestigious Maryland School of the Arts, rebellious street dancer Andie West (Briana Evigan) struggles to adapt to a world of discipline and elite training while holding on to her roots in Baltimore’s underground dance scene. Torn between two very different worlds, she refuses to abandon the raw street style that defines her identity.

Chase Collins (Robert Hoffman), the school’s most talented dancer, dreams of proving himself by entering Baltimore’s biggest underground dance competition, known as The Streets. When he joins forces with Andie, the two form an unlikely crew made up of talented outsiders who refuse to conform to the academy’s rigid expectations.

As rehearsals intensify and personal tensions rise, Andie finds herself caught between loyalty to her street dance family and the opportunities offered by the academy. Through passion, determination, and electrifying choreography, she must learn how to bridge the gap between freedom and discipline — and discover where she truly belongs.
