Story Overview

Spirited Away, young Chihiro (Rumi Hiiragi) embarks on a surreal and transformative journey after she and her parents wander into a mysterious realm hidden beyond an ordinary tunnel. What begins as a simple relocation turns into a nightmarish ordeal when her parents are suddenly transformed, leaving Chihiro alone in a strange and magical world.

Trapped in a fantastical town ruled by the powerful witch Yubaba (Mari Natsuki), Chihiro must navigate a realm inhabited by spirits, gods, and bizarre creatures. Forced to work in a bathhouse for supernatural beings, she struggles to survive while searching for a way to break the curse placed upon her family.

As Chihiro adapts to this unfamiliar world, she forms unexpected alliances and discovers inner strength she never knew she possessed. Through courage, resilience, and compassion, she begins to unravel the mysteries of this spirit world, ultimately confronting the forces that bind her and seeking a path back home.
