Plot Summary

Misconduct (2016) centers on Ben Cahill (Josh Duhamel), a fiercely ambitious young lawyer working in New Orleans, whose personal and professional lives begin to fracture after his wife Charlotte (Alice Eve) suffers a miscarriage. As emotional distance grows between them, Ben throws himself deeper into his career, achieving rapid success and recognition within his law firm.

His carefully controlled life takes a dangerous turn when he reconnects with his former college girlfriend Emily (Malin Akerman).
