Plot Summary

Desperado follows the relentless journey of El Mariachi (Antonio Banderas), a mysterious gunslinger roaming across Mexico in pursuit of Bucho (Joaquim de Almeida), the ruthless crime lord responsible for murdering his lover and shattering his hands. Armed with an arsenal concealed in his guitar case, El Mariachi becomes a whispered legend from town to town, fueled by the stories spread by the talkative drifter Buscemi (Steve Buscemi).
