Despite his professional success, he finds himself emotionally adrift, struggling with both financial instability and complicated romantic relationships.

His journey takes him across Europe—from Paris to London, where he reconnects with Wendy (Kelly Reilly), and eventually to Saint Petersburg. Along the way, Xavier navigates a maze of love, friendship, and personal ambition, encountering familiar faces and new emotional challenges.

The film explores themes of adulthood, identity, and the lingering uncertainty of modern relationships. Through Xavier’s experiences, it presents a nuanced portrait of a generation caught between freedom and responsibility, constantly searching for meaning in both career and love.
