Plot Summary

In The Omen, a chilling reimagining of the classic horror story, the darkest fears of humanity begin to take shape through an unspeakable evil. American diplomat Robert Thorn (Liev Schreiber) makes a desperate decision when his wife (Julia Stiles) unknowingly gives birth to a stillborn child. To spare her the grief, he secretly adopts an orphaned baby, raising him as their own son.

As the child grows, a series of disturbing and inexplicable events begin to unfold around the family. Mysterious deaths, ominous warnings, and increasingly sinister signs point toward a terrifying truth. Gradually, the Thorns come to realize that the boy they welcomed into their home may not be ordinary—but rather the embodiment of pure evil, the son of Satan himself.
