Plot Summary

John Wick: Chapter 2 follows retired hitman John Wick as he attempts to build a quiet and peaceful life alongside his loyal dog. Despite his determination to leave violence behind, fate refuses to release him from the criminal underworld. A sudden chain of events pulls Wick back into the darkness he tried to escape, forcing him to confront unfinished business tied to his past. This time, his path leads him far beyond familiar territory, into the narrow streets of Rome, its grand plazas, and the unforgiving rules of an international underground society where survival comes at a brutal cost.

As the sequel to the successful action film John Wick, this chapter raises the stakes both geographically and emotionally. Directed by Chad Stahelski, the film once again stars Keanu Reeves in the iconic role of John Wick.
