Plot Summary

Hacksaw Ridge is a powerful World War II drama based on the true story of Desmond T. Doss, an American Army combat medic whose unwavering moral convictions set him apart from every soldier around him. Raised with strong religious beliefs, Doss refuses to carry a weapon or take another human life, yet remains determined to serve his country on the front lines of war.
