Story Overview

Setting: The slums. In the shadowy outskirts of the city, the story follows people trapped in the grip of D-substance addiction, their lives slowly unraveling as the drug consumes their bodies, minds, and relationships. Each day is a struggle for survival in a place where hope is scarce and escape feels impossible.

Behind the scenes, the government claims to be fighting the crisis to “save lives” and protect society. In reality, a chilling policy is at work: those labeled as addicts are no longer seen as citizens, but as expendable. Under the guise of care and control, the state systematically eliminates its own people, justifying the violence as both necessary and deserved, woven into a web of power and corrupt alliances.

As the lines between protection and oppression blur, the film exposes a haunting moral question — how far can a government go in the name of public good before humanity itself is lost?
