Story Overview

Solace, directed by Afonso Poyart, follows the investigation of a young FBI agent who is tracking a highly intelligent serial killer capable of committing horrific murders without leaving a single trace behind. As the body count rises and conventional methods fail, the case quickly becomes one of the most challenging of the agent’s career.

Realizing that he cannot solve the mystery alone, the young detective turns to a once-renowned forensic psychiatrist who retired after the tragic death of his daughter. Disillusioned with life and burdened by loss, the reclusive expert must be persuaded to return to the field.
