Plot Summary

Planet Terror follows William and Dakota Block (Josh Brolin and Marley Shelton), a small-town couple who begin to sense that something is terribly wrong when they notice strangers wandering through their backyard late at night. Stepping outside to investigate, they soon realize that the townspeople are behaving in increasingly bizarre and violent ways, as if gripped by a sudden and inexplicable madness.

As chaos spreads, dancer Cherry Darling (Rose McGowan) loses her leg during a brutal attack, only to be rescued by her ex-boyfriend Wray (Freddy Rodriguez). Traumatized but determined to survive, Cherry and Wray join forces with William and Dakota, moving through the collapsing town in search of safety and answers.

The group gradually uncovers the horrifying truth behind the outbreak: a mysterious gas released during a catastrophic explosion has transformed ordinary people into savage, cannibalistic creatures. With each passing hour, the infection spreads further, pushing the town toward total annihilation.

Combining grindhouse aesthetics with over-the-top violence and dark humor, Planet Terror delivers a relentless survival horror experience.
