Story Overview
Maverick (Tom Cruise) and Goose (Anthony Edwards) are two fighter pilots. Sent to the United States Navy’s elite “Top Gun” training school, the duo competes against the best pilots in the world while striving to become the very best. During his time at Top Gun, Maverick falls in love with his instructor, Charlie (Kelly McGillis). Charlie’s interest in Maverick, however, is driven by his mysterious and unconventional past.
