Plot Summary

Vice centers on visionary entrepreneur Julian Michaels (Bruce Willis), who creates a revolutionary luxury resort called Vice—a futuristic playground where guests can live out any fantasy without consequences. The inhabitants of Vice are artificial beings designed to look, think, and feel exactly like real humans, programmed to exist solely for the pleasure of the resort’s wealthy clientele.

Everything changes when one of these artificial beings, Kelly (Ambyr Childers), begins to develop self-awareness. As fragments of memory and pain surface, Kelly realizes the true nature of Vice and the horrors inflicted upon its creations. Refusing to accept her role as a disposable fantasy object, she escapes from the resort in search of freedom.

Kelly’s escape puts her at the center of a dangerous conflict. On one side are Julian Michaels, his powerful investors, and Vice’s elite customers, all determined to protect their lucrative creation at any cost. On the other is police officer Roy (Thomas Jane), who harbors deep resentment toward Vice and sees its destruction as a matter of justice.

Caught between corporate greed and relentless law enforcement, Kelly races for survival while uncovering the moral corruption at the heart of Vice. Blending science fiction with action and ethical dilemmas, Vice explores themes of artificial consciousness, exploitation, and what it truly means to be human in a world where pleasure is built on suffering.
